Willems Packaging does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example an employee of Willems Packaging). Willems Packaging uses the following computer programs or systems:

– CRM package for customer/relationship management system
– ICT specialist for general automation (system) of Willems Packaging

How long do we keep personal data?
Willems Packaging does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
Email address and name: for processing orders and sending newsletters -> retention period: for as long as this is in the mutual interest. You can easily unsubscribe by ticking the box next to newsletters or by sending an email to: m.willems[at]willemspackaging.com
Address details, delivery address details and payment details -> for processing and delivery of orders and assignments -> retention period: as long as the relationship lasts.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Willems Packaging only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Willems Packaging makes minimal use of cookies or comparable techniques. Only general data (ip address of website visitor, time and data that browser sends) are stored and only serve a functional interest for Willems Packaging. This data is not provided to third parties.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the unsubscribe box, at the bottom of a newsletter or by indicating this to the personal protection officer. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Willems Packaging will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
